Originating from the humble land of Ohio, founder and head chef T.J. Coffey graduated with a degree in restaurant management from Ohio University. After moving to Arizona in 2008 he worked for many different restaurants through out the valley, while honing his skills and developing his dream.

A graduate of Jonson and Whales University Gerald received his bachelors in culinary arts in 2007. T.J. and Gerald meet while working together after moving to Arizona. The two formed a bond and common love of food and the hospitality industry. Gerald is a true artist when it comes to flavor combinations and creating top of the line dishes.
Our truck has been retrofitted with state of the art commercial kitchen equipment to provide top notch italian street food.
The 18' kitchen allows us to accommodate everything ranging from large corporate catering events to private dining parties.
